Monthly Payments (rent-to-own) - You will be billed for one month at time of purchase. Your first recurring monthly payment will be on September 15th, 2025

Annual Payment (equity building plan) - Pay 10 Months, get 2 Months Free! - Pay for 1 Month Now. The remaining 9 Months will be billed on August 1st, 2025. Automatic annual payments made yearly on August 1st.

If the instrument is returned to THE BAND CONNECTION during the school year, a refund will be issued for the number of full months remaining of the 10 months that were prepaid.

All orders placed by August 21st will be delivered to the band director.

All orders placed after August 21st will be available for pick-up at our shop starting on the following business day from 3:00-6:00 Monday-Friday and Saturday from 12:00-2:00.

Accessory Packs

The beginner accessory packs are priced at a large discount and include all of the supplies that are required by the band director at your child’s school. They vary in price based on the instrument and the school that the child attends. The accessory pack is delivered to the school along with the rental instrument.

Maintenance Plans

Traveling Woodwind Maintenance Plan (Mansfield)

The Traveling Maintenance/Repair Plan covers tune-ups, basic repairs, and replacement of wear items -pads, corks, springs. etc... Twice during the school year we will drive to your child’s school during school hours and perform a tune-up and make any necessary repairs on your child’s instrument! These visits are pre-scheduled with the band director. If your child's instrument should need any repairs at a time that we are not scheduled to be at your child's school, we will provide a loaner instrument through the band director that your child can use in the interim.
