Annual Payment (equity building plan) - Pay 10 Months, get 2 Months Free! - Pay for 1 Month Now. The remaining 9 Months will be billed on August 1st, 2025. Automatic annual payments made yearly on August 1st.

If the instrument is returned to THE BAND CONNECTION during the school year, a refund will be issued for the number of full months remaining of the 10 months that were prepaid.

Please Note:

All orders placed by August 4th will be delivered to the band director in time for the first day of classes.

All orders placed from August 5-8 will be available for pick-up at our shop starting on Saturday, August 10th from 12:00-2:00 and any weekday Monday-Friday thereafter from 3:00-6:00.

All orders placed from August 9-11 will be available for pick-up at our shop starting on Monday, August 12th from 3:00-6:00 and any weekday Monday-Friday thereafter from 3:00-6:00 and Saturday from 12:00-2:00.

All orders placed after August 11th will be available for pick-up at our shop starting on the following business day from 3:00-6:00 Monday-Friday and Saturday from 12:00-2:00.

Accessory Packs

The beginner accessory packs are priced at a large discount and include all of the supplies that are required by the band director at your child’s school. They vary in price based on the instrument and the school that the child attends. The accessory pack is delivered to the school along with the rental instrument.

Maintenance Plans

Standard Brass Maintenance Plan

The Standard Maintenance/Repair Plan covers all periodic maintenance and tune-ups as well as basic repairs on the instrument that are required to keep the instrument performing properly. This does not include damage due to neglect or willful misuse/abuse of the instrument or mouthpiece or case damage-such damage repair will be paid for by the renter signing the contract. All maintenance and repair will be performed at the store. Free Loaner Instruments will be available if overnight repairs are necessary.

Traveling Brass Maintenance Plan

The Traveling Maintenance/Repair Plan covers all periodic maintenance and tune-ups as well as basic repairs on the instrument that are required to keep the instrument performing properly. This does not include damage due to neglect or willful misuse/abuse of the instrument or mouthpiece or case damage-such damage repair will be paid for by the renter signing the contract. Plus once each semester we will drive to your child’s school during school hours and perform regular maintenance and any necessary repairs on your child’s instrument! These school visits are pre-scheduled with the band director and we service all of the instruments at a school in the same day. All other maintenance and repairs will be performed at the store. Free Loaner Instruments will be available if overnight repairs are necessary.
